Internal complexity is supposed to produce external simplicity. The client should always know what is happening, what is required of them, and what happens next.
Understand
Intake, brief lock, research. Locked, working and open items are separated before anything is designed.
Direct
Strategic direction and creative territories. A concept must have an idea before it has a polished mockup. Routes are genuinely different, not font changes.
Resolve, present, deliver
Identity is tested on real applications, critiqued, shown as an editorial lookbook, then finalised, preflighted and handed over. Superseded work is archived, not mixed into the final files.
